中共党员，博士。2022年6月，博士毕业于东南大学土木工程学院管理科学与工程专业，获管理学博士学位；2019年至2020年，于新加坡国立大学设计与环境学院建造系进行博士生联合培养；2016年6月，本科毕业于武汉理工大学土木工程与建筑学院工程管理专业，获工学学士学位。2022年6月以来，在河海大学商学院工程经济与工程管理系从事教学科研工作。

现主持国家自然科学基金项目一项，江苏省社会科学基金项目一项，中央高校基金业务科研费项目一项。以第一作者在Journal of Management in Engineering，Journal of Construction Engineering and Management，Engineering, Construction and Architectural Management等工程管理领域权威期刊中发表论文十余篇。

研究方向一：工程项目管理（包括水利项目、国际工程项目等）、项目知识管理等方向（已获得国家自然基金、江苏省社会科学基金的资助）；

研究方向二：可持续建设与智能基础设施（结合深度学习与机器学习方法研究绿色基础设施、城市水系统、建筑节能与改造等）；

研究方向三：人工智能驱动的工程与组织变革（生成式人工智能、人机协同、AI驱动下企业/项目的变革管理等）。

课题组招收2026级、2027级的学硕（管理科学与工程，2026级学硕还剩一个名额）、专硕（工程管理、工业工程、物流工程等），欢迎相关专业的研究生、本科生加入。
