Profile

PhD, Secretary of the Party Branch of the Department of Engineering Economics and Engineering Management, concurrently Deputy director of the Educational administration and Degree Management Office of Business School, and Deputy director of the Institute of Engineering Management. Young member of the Engineering Management Research Branch of the Architectural Society of China, member of the Youth Committee of the Chinese Research Institute of Construction Management, and member of the Special Committee of Construction and Real Estate Economy of Jiangsu Civil Engineering and Architectural Society. Graduated from Hohai University with bachelor's degree in Engineering Management in 2007, and graduated from Hohai University with master's degree and PhD degree in Management Science and Engineering in 2009 and 2013 respectively. From August 2012 to August 2013, jointly trained at Penn State University in the United States( State sponsored study abroad). Since 2014, engaged in teaching and scientific research in the Department of Engineering Economics and Engineering Management and the Institute of Engineering Management of Hohai University, and was selected into the Dayu Scholars Program of Hohai University.

Research Projects

Presided over 10 various projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation , the budget project of the Ministry of Water Resources, the Anhui Provincial Natural Science Foundation Water Science Joint Fund, and participated in more than 10 projects related to the National Social Science Foundation and major projects. The representative ones are:

(1) From August 2020 to February 2023. Project leader, Study on construction management mode of large-scale water resources allocation project, Key projects of water conservancy science and technology innovation in Guangdong Province.

(2) From April 2021 to December 2021. Principal Participant, Study on policy issues related to the management system of water engineering construction projects, Research project on water conservancy policy of Ministry of Water Resources.

(3) From December 2019 to December 2021. Principal Participant, Theory and methods of governance of major engineering transactions, National Social Science foundation of China.

(4) From January 2019 to December 2020. Project Leader, Risk analysis and control of "fragmentation" of sponge city construction system, Scientific research project of Central Universities.

(5) From January 2015 to December 2017. Project Leader, Research on innovation path and value-added mechanism of construction project transaction mode, National Natural Science Foundation.

(6) From April 2017 to January 2018. Sub-topic Leader, Research on operation supervision mode and effect of South-to-North Water Diversion Project (2017) , Research projects of South-to-north water diversion office of the State Council.

(7) From June 2014 to June 2016. Main participant, Construction and management of the Jiangsu section of the East Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. 

Award Achievements

Awarded the title of Excellent Teacher of Engineering Management in Colleges and Universities of Jiangsu Province (2023), two first prizes for teaching achievements of Hohai University (2018, 2020), Advanced Individual in Spiritual Civilization Construction of Hohai University (2023), Youth Post Model (2018), Outstanding Class Tutor (2018), Excellent Instructor of Undergraduate Graduation Design (Thesis) (2021), and Outstanding Undergraduate Tutor of Hohai University Business School (2017, 2018). Guided students to participate in academic competitions and won more than 10 national and provincial awards. The courses that participated in the construction were awarded one first-class undergraduate course at provincial level and one excellent course for postgraduates in Jiangsu Province.
