2001年6月获中南大学概率论与数理统计专业硕士学位，2006年12月获香港中文大学系统工程与工程管理专业博士学位。曾任职于东南大学应用数学系(教师)，香港科技大学博士后，香港中文大学博士后。现任河海大学商学院教授、博士生导师。在IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control、IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering、Transportation Research Part E、Computers and Industrial Engineering、管理工程学报、系统工程学报等国内外一流期刊发表多篇学术论文。近年来主持国家自然科学基金、江苏省哲学社会科学重点项目及中央高校基本科研业务费等多项科研基金项目, 作为主要骨干成员参与国家社科基金重大项目、国家社科基金一般项目、江苏省创新团队等多项国家及省部级项目。入选“江苏省本科毕业论文优秀团队”、“江苏对外交流社科专家”、河海大学“三育人”先进个人。
