教师简介

博士毕业于中国人民大学劳动人事学院,研究方向为人力资源管理和组织行为学,聚焦关注职场老龄化、领导力、代际互动等主题。曾担任山东大学助理教授、硕士生导师,入选中国科协2024年度“科技智库青年人才计划”,担任美国管理学会(AOM)会员、中国管理国际学会(IACMR)会员、中国劳动经济学会人才分会会员。近年来主持和参与多项国家级、省级纵向和横向项目10余项,其中主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、2024年度科技智库青年人才项目等项目。以第一作者或通讯作者身份在领域顶级期刊Journal of Organizational Behavior (ABS 4星)Journal of Vocational Behavior (ABS 4星)Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology (ABS 4 星)《心理科学进展》等国内外权威期刊发表论文10多篇AOMIACMR等顶级会议上汇报论文多篇,并担任分论坛主持人。担任Journal of Vocational Behavior(中科院一区)Technology in Society (中科院一区)、Management and Organization ReviewManagement DecisionPersonnel ReviewChinese Management Studies等SSCI期刊同行审稿人。
