The Office is responsible for education, development, and upgrade to formal membership, handover of organizational relation, certification, political review and award relating to Party members. It is also responsible for aid, mental health coach and consultation, dormitory management, community service, scholarship, financial aid, appraisal of honorary title and employment instruction pertaining to students. At the same time, the Office does the work to organize and plan brand events of students, organize and instruct students in social practice and volunteer service as well as innovation, entrepreneurship and related competition, and instruct and manage the Communist Youth League and student organizations.
