1. History

The Department of Management, founded in 1984, stems from the former Teaching and Research Sections of Human Resource Management and Business Management. Currently, it sets up two majors, i.e., Human Resource Management and Business Administration, with its training direction covering human resource and organizational management, strategy and management consulting, business intelligence and information security management, etc. The department has 20 teachers, with a galaxy of talents, abundant research achievements and domestically advanced main research areas.

Employee Relations Management, Literature Reading, Course Design of Compensation Management, Theory and Practice of Corporate Culture, Course Design of Human Resource Quality Evaluation, Course Design of Performance Management, Management Research Methods, Recruitment and Employment, Human Resource Quality Evaluation, Course Design of Human Resource Evaluation, Performance Management, Business Ethics, Management, Managerial Communication, etc.

3. Faculty

Currently, the department has 20 teachers. Titles: 5 professors, 4 associate professors; education background and research experience: 13 persons with doctorial degree, 7 persons with postdoctoral degree, and 2 doctorial candidates.
