| Training Objectives Our program is practice-oriented and we pay high attention to usage and application of knowledge. We aim in training internationalized compound talents who have well acquainted theoretical knowledge of business and management, profound technology, excellent management and proficient administration skills and adapt to real business world. Program Features 1. Advanced teaching methods. We adopt case-based teaching, highlighting practice and application. We share best practice study on the simulated case scenarios and discuss typical cases; provide domestic and overseas well-known exchange opportunities for site visits; 2. Authoritative teaching faculty. Our program enjoys the qualified faculty and professional advantages of Hohai University and invite leading native experts and senior scholars in the field to give joint practical instruction; 3. Flexible and practical curriculum: The curriculum provided is standardized and modularized. It could be designed according to different demands. Students also can choose their own curriculum by their actual needs, by which enhances the pertinence and practicality of the course. 4. Dual certificates (academic degree certificate and professional qualification certificate). We incorporate the examination content of professional qualification into part curriculum of master of engineering, which allows students gain the degree as well as professional qualification. 5. International education. Our program regularly introduces internationally renowned faculty and content, organizing student for overseas visits and study to enrich the students with a global learning atmosphere and raise their international horizons Admission Majors (1). Part-time: Master Degree of Engineering will be rewarded Fields: Project Management, Industrial Engineering and Logistics Engineering (2). Full-time: relevant professional master degree and postgraduate diplomas will be rewarded Majors: Master of project management, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering (also recruit graduates) Teaching Methods The program takes 3-5 years. The total academic credits for it should not be less than 32. Combination of centralized and dispersed face-to-face teaching methods, theories combing with cases, interactive discussions, site visits, seminars and so on. IPMP Accreditation In Nov., 2009, Hohai University became one of the training units for Master of engineering certificated by International Project Management Professional (IPMP) and was authorized as: Master of Engineering IPMP Accreditation and Training Center. Master degree of project management students may apply IPMP accreditation based on their practicing experience. |
