The 11th Cross-country Perspective in Finance (CCPF) International Academic Conference, co-hosted by our school and the Research Center for Cross-border Financial Perspectives, was successfully held at Jiangning Campus from July 2 to 3, 2026. Professor Gady Jacoby, Dean of the School of Management at the University of British Columbia (UBC), Professor Wan Fang from UBC, and Professor Zhenyu Wu from the University of Manitoba, together with more than 30 scholars from universities in China, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, the Republic of Korea, Australia and other countries, attended the conference in both online and offline modes. Professor Zhang Ke, Deputy Dean of our school, presided over the opening ceremony.
The conference featured two parallel forums covering diverse financial and industrial research themes, including banking law and ESG investment, green innovation policies, ESG disclosure and rating, digital inclusive finance, stock market investment sentiment, AI and corporate governance, systemic financial risks, and other topics. The on-site discussions were vigorous, fostering exchanges of diverse ideas and offering valuable academic references for advancing relevant theories, industrial practices and policy optimization.
This conference has built an interdisciplinary academic platform for financial research. It brought together scholars at home and abroad for in-depth discussions on cutting-edge topics such as ESG, digital finance, AI governance and international credit, enabling extensive intellectual exchanges. Breaking the boundaries of multidisciplinary research, the conference enriches theoretical studies in economics and finance. Its research findings can provide empirical support for industrial development, risk prevention and control, and policy improvement. Meanwhile, it strengthens academic exchanges between China and overseas, laying a solid foundation for future collaborative research.
