Recently, the results of the 4th Jiangsu Provincial University Teaching Innovation Competition were announced, and the Strategic Human Resource Management course team led by Professor Tang Zhen of our business school (members: Tang Zhen, Deng Yulin, Li Hui, Chen Long) won the special prize of the new liberal arts in high title group.
With the support of the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and the Chinese Association of Higher Education, and under the guidance of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education, the Jiangsu Provincial Higher Education Teaching Innovation Competition is one of the highest-level teaching competitions in Jiangsu Province. With the purpose of promoting teaching innovation and cultivating first-class talents, the competition has set up six tracks: new engineering, new medicine, new agriculture, new liberal arts, basic courses and curriculum ideology and politics. Since the start of the competition in November 2023, a total of 329 entries from 76 undergraduate universities in Jiangsu Province have participated in the competition. The evaluation content of the competition covers three parts: classroom teaching video, teaching innovation achievement report and teaching design innovation report. Professor Tang Zhen's course team has been highly recognized for its excellent teaching philosophy, innovative teaching mode and remarkable teaching results, which also fully demonstrates the solid teaching skills and profound professional quality of our teachers who devote themselves to education and teaching reform and innovation.
Our college has always adhered to the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people, attaches great importance to the construction of teaching team and the improvement of education and teaching ability, and will continue to encourage and support senior teachers to play a role in teaching and promoting education and teaching reform and innovation.
