Major introduction
The major of business administration carries out the educational policies of the Party and the state, embodies Comrade Deng Xiaoping's thought that education should be oriented to the world, to the future and to modernization, adheres to the concept of people-oriented and learning-oriented, and develops morally, intellectually, physically and aesthetically in an all-round way to meet the needs of the current social and economic development. Management talents with solid foundation, wide scope of knowledge, strong ability, high quality and innovative spirit. At present, the department has 11 full-time teachers, including 4 teachers with senior professional titles and 55% of teachers with doctoral degrees (including those who are currently studying). Many of them have won the youth post model of Hohai University, excellent lecturers, advanced Individual of Three Talents and the second prize of lecture competition. In recent years, the department has made a series of teaching and scientific research achievements focusing on big data marketing and human resource management. The department has undertaken 4 national Natural Science Funds, and many humanities and Social Science funds of the Ministry of Education and Jiangsu Province, showing a solid foundation of teaching and scientific research and a good prospect of professional development. In the past five years, the ranking of the major has remained at the Level of CLASS A, ranking around 30 among more than 400 universities in China. Business administration major nearly three years to take an examination of postgraduate study and study abroad situation gratifying.
