A Letter to Foreign Friends in Nanjing
Recently, Nanjing has actively responded to the COVID-19 occurrence by taking a series of prevention and control measures, which may cause some inconveniences to your work and life. We hope you can give us understanding and support on the following matters:
1. According to the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Prevention and Treatment of Infectious Diseases, the local people’s government at or above the county level shall immediately organize forces to prevent and control the disease in accordance with the prevention and control emergency plan and cut off the transmission route of the infectious disease when an infectious disease breaks out or spreads. Please cooperate with us in the prevention and control of COVID-19.
2. If your community needs centralized quarantine for medical observation, please understand and accept centralized quarantine for medical observation in the designated place subject to the instructions of the street and community staff.
3. If your community has adopted close-off management measures, please strictly carry out health monitoring at home subject to the instructions of the street and community staff.
4. Please minimize your outdoor activities and do not leave Nanjing unless necessary if you are not in the closed and controlled management areas and take necessary self-protection and self-health monitoring.
5. If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, fatigue, and/or anything suspicious, please seek medical treatment at a nearby fever clinic as soon as possible (click http://wjw.nanjing.gov.cn/njswshjhsywyh/202101/t20210111_2788505.html for the list of fever clinics in Nanjing). Report your travel and contact history proactively when seeing a doctor. If you have close contacts with confirmed or suspected case(s) in 14 days, please accept centralized quarantine in designated place for medical observation subject to instructions of the prevention and control authorities.

南京在住の外国籍の友人の皆様へ
最近、新型コロナウイルスによる感染症の流行を抑え込むために、南京市は積極的に対応し、一連の防疫措置をとっております。お仕事とご生活に不便をおかけしたかもしれませんが、ご理解とご支持をお願い致します。
（１）中華人民共和国『伝染病防治法』により、伝染病が急発生・流行し始めたとき、県レベル以上の地方人民政府は直ちに力を集中し、予防と抑え込みのための事前対策に基づいて、伝染病の伝播経路を切断すべきです。従いまして、防疫措置にご協力をお願い致します。
（２）ご在住の社区から医学観察のための集中隔離を希望された場合、街道や社区の関係者に協力し、指定された施設で医学観察を受けてくださいますようにお願い致します。
（３）もしご在住の社区は厳格な閉鎖管理を実施していれば、街道や社区からの指示の下で、自宅で健康観測を厳格に実施してください。
（４）もしご在住の区域はまだ閉鎖管理を実施していなくても、不要不急な外出を控えて、できるだけ南京を離れないようにお願いします。また、ご自身の予防対策と健康観測を強化してください。
（５）発熱、咳、全身がだるいなどの症状があった場合、直ちに近くの指定医療機関の発熱外来にかかってください（南京市の指定医療機関のリストは次のウェブサイトに掲載されています→

난징 거주 외국인에게 보내는 서한
최근 들어 신종 코로나 바이러스 감염증(코로나19) 을 통제하기 위해 난징시는 적극적인 대응에 나섰습니다. 여러분의 업무와 생활에 불편을 초래할 수 있어서 귀하의 이해와 협조를 부탁드립니다. 이를 위해 다음과 같은 사항을 당부드립니다.
1. 중화인민공화국 ‘전염병 방지법’의 규정에 따라 전염병이 확산하고 유행하는 시기에 현급 이상 지방정부는 반드시 즉시 역량을 집중해야 하며, 예방 및 통제 계획에 따라 방역 작업과 전염병의 전파 경로를 차단해야 합니다. 코로나19 방역 작업에 협조해 주시기 바랍니다.
2. 거주지가 속한 지역사회에서 집중 격리 의학 관찰이 필요할 경우 동네와 지역사회 종사자의 방역 작업에 협조하고 규범에 따라 지정된 장소에 가서 집중 격리 의학 관찰을 시행하십시오.
3. 거주지가 속한 지역사회에서 폐쇄적인 관리 조치를 취할 경우, 동네와 지역사회 종사자의 지시에 따라 자택에서 건강 모니터링을 엄격히 시행하시기 바랍니다.
4. 만약 폐쇄적인 통제 관리에 영향을 받지 않는다면 외출을 자제하고 불필요시 난징을 떠나지 않도록 하십시오. 자가 보호 조치를 강화하고 자가 건강 모니터링을 규범화하며 지역사회 종사자의 지시에 따라 방역에 협조해 주시기 바랍니다.
5. 발열, 기침, 두통, 무기력 등의 증상이 있을 경우 적시로 인근의 발열 병원을 방문하시기 바랍니다 (난징시 발열 진료 기관 검색 사이트http://wjw.nanjing.gov.cn/njswshjhsywyh/202101/t20210111_2788505.html). 진료 시에는 여행사와 접촉사를 사실대로 신고해 주시기 바랍니다. 만약 14일 기간 내에 확진자나 의심 환자와 긴밀한 접촉이 있을 경우 방역 규정에 따라 지정된 장소에서 집중 격리하고 의학 관찰을 시행하십시오.
