2017秋季学期注册流程（学生用）
本学期注册采用网上注册流程，需要现场核实信息和采集照片。请各位同学按照规定的时间去相应的地点进行注册。如您不能按时到场，请发邮件至ie_academic@hhu.edu.cn，并等待我们的通知，安排下一次的现场注册。感谢您的配合。
PS：邮件请假不能代替注册，也不作为继续发放奖学金的凭证。
西康路校区
时间: 9月2日 (星期六)
上午: 9:30 - 11:30
下午: 14:30 - 16:30
报到注册地点: 西康路友谊山6号楼国际教育学院二楼
江宁校区
时间: 9月3日 (星期天)
上午: 9:30 - 11:30
下午: 13:30 - 15:30
报到注册地点: 江宁留学生宿舍（20舍）1楼
需要携带的材料：
护照
学生证
银行借记卡(如果你需要付保险费、住宿费或者学费）
步骤1：学生到现场后，由学生志愿者引导，奖学金生先在1号台“奖学金生名单”上签字。非奖学金学生先至杨老师处缴费。
步骤2：在2号台或3号台办理信息核实和采集。
步骤3：完成网上注册后，在4号台签字确认，并在学生证上盖注册章。
2017 Fall Semester Registration Procedure
Dear degree students,
To offer you better service, we decide to use the online system for the semester registration this time. We need to take your picture and check your personal information during the registration. Please come to register with your passport, student ID card and debit card (if you need to pay medical insurance, accommodation or tuition fee) during the following time.
Day 1: Main Campus
Time: September 2nd (Saturday)
Morning: 9:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Afternoon: 14:30 - 16:30 p.m.
Registration Location: 2rd floor, International School, Main Campus
Day 2: Jiangning Campus
Time: September 3rd (Sunday)
Morning: 9:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Afternoon: 13:30 - 15:30 p.m.
Registration Location: 1st floor , No.20 Dormitory, Jiangning Campus
ATTENTION: If a student do not register on time, his/her scholarship (if any) will be suspended or cancelled!
If there is any accident happened please send email to: ie_academic@hhu.edu.cn, please pay attention, the email CANNOT instead of registration.
Please wait for the further notice in case you CANNOT be present these two days.

Step 1 (Table 1): Full Scholarship Students should sign on the name list; others should pay to Catherine.
Step 2 (Table 2 or 3): Check Information, take Photo etc.
Step 3 (Table 4): Get the registration stamp on your student card and sign on the list.
