Zhang Changzheng, a member of the Communist Party of China, is a professor and doctoral supervisor in the Department of Finance of Business School. He is currently the Deputy Dean of Business School and the Executive Director of the Institute of Industrial Economics, an expert in national border and coastal defense work, an executive director of the Management Philosophy Committee of the China Enterprise Management Research Association, and a member of Jiangsu MPAcc Education Federation. He has been selected as an outstanding young backbone teacher for the Blue Project in Jiangsu Province (2022) and a third level scholar in the Dayu Scholar Program at Hohai University (2021).

He insists on cultivating virtue and leading by example, guiding the undergraduates, postgraduates, and doctoral students to grow and develop through heart to heart talks and exchange activities, and actively integrating ideological and political education into teaching and case development processes. He insists on educating students through teaching and research, striving for excellence through research, promoting educational and teaching reforms, and guiding students to root themselves in the land of the motherland and engage in learning. He insists on practical education and he is both a teacher and a friend. Every year, he guides several social practice teams and leads students to go deep into the front line and conduct research. He hosted more than 10 major sub projects of the National Social Science Foundation, the National Natural Science Foundation Youth Project, and the Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Science Foundation Youth Project. He served as the Executive Director of the Innovation Team of the Ministry of Education and the Excellent Innovation Team of Philosophy and Social Sciences in Jiangsu Universities. He participated in multiple national key research and development plans, major projects funded by National Social Science Fund, and other related achievements were adopted and applied by a total of 11 units, including the Lancang Mekong Water Resources Cooperation Center. He won the 17th Excellent Achievement Award of Philosophy and Social Sciences in Jiangsu Province (the third prize), the Postgraduate Education Reform Achievement Award in Jiangsu Province (the second prize) and many other honorary titles, such as Excellent Instructor of Undergraduate Graduation Design (Thesis) in Jiangsu Province, exemplary individual of Social Practice in Jiangsu Province, and Excellent Class Tutor in Hohai University.
