AMBA&BGA Accreditation Meeting
of Expert On-site Visit Held in Our School
On March 8, our school held an expert on-site visit meeting of AMBA & BGA accreditation. The school specially invited Professor Wang Chongming, the senior professor of liberal arts at Zhejiang University, the director of the Global Entrepreneurship Research Center of Zhejiang University, and the international accreditation consultant for AMBA & BGA in China, to come to our school for accreditation guidance. Dean Zhou Haiwei, Secretary of the Party Committee Wu Baohai, Executive Vice Dean Pang Qinghua, Vice Dean Tian Guiliang, Zhang Changzheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Yang Tian, heads of departments and faculty representatives attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Zhang Ke, Vice Dean of the school.
At the meeting, Dean Zhou Haiwei introduced the construction of the school, and focused on the construction of AMBA&BGA model majors. Professor Wang Chongming put forward detailed proposals for the preparations for the AMBA&BGA joint accreditation in June 2024 on issues such as construction of professional course, upgrade of management case database, integration of practice, construction of evaluation system of learning outcome, and internationalization in professional cooperation. Secretary Wu Baohai, Vice Dean Zhang Changzheng and Vice Dean Zhang Ke had in-depth discussions with Professor Wang Chongming on the development of the school, the construction of MBA majors and the construction of undergraduate majors. Through this meeting, our school has a clearer mind for the deployment of future international accreditation, which has significance for promoting our school to absorb the world's advanced business school-running concepts, improve our own teaching system, and to be the first-class business school world wide.
Previously, from March 6th to 7th, Dean Zhou Haiwei also led the responsible person of majors and faculty of the school to participate in the 20th AMBA&BGA Business School Capacity Building Seminar held in Shanghai.
