HHBS Students Performed Well in NECCS
In the last few days, 2015 National English Contest for College Students in Hohai University Division has been held at Hohai University. HHBS students, LU Yi from Grade 2013, HUANG Mengli from Grade 2014 won the Second Prize. And there were 11 students of HHBS who won the Third Prize, 6 of which are from Grade 2012, 4 of which are from Grade 2013 and 1 of which are from Grade 2013.
Conducted by ELT Advisory Board under the Ministry of Education, National English Competition for College Students(NECCS) is to motivate college students` initiatives in learning English, to improve college students` ability on English comprehensive application and to improve the quality of university English teaching. The competition is divided into 4 levels: Level A for postgraduate students, Level B for English majors, Level C for non-English majors, Level D for sports and arts undergraduate. There were 1699 students totally at Hohai University entering for the competition in Hohai University Division.
