On Jan 9 afternoon, Dr. Kenneth Lord, Director of David Nazarian College of Business and Economics, California State University, Northridge and Dr. Deborah Cours, Director of MBA project visited Business School of Hohai University. Professor Zhou Haiwei, Associate Dean of Business School of Hohai University, Professor Wang Qun, Dean of School of International Education, Chen Hongsheng, Deputy Director of International Cooperation Department, Professor Huang Dechun, the member of Business School of Hohai University, Deng Yulin, Deputy Director of International Cooperation and Exchange Office and Zhou Shenbei, Deputy Director of MBA Education Center met the guests in the meeting room 201 of Boxue Building in Business School, Jiangning Campus.

Zhou Haiwei, Associate Dean of Business School of Hohai University showed a warm welcome to all the guests. Chen Hongsheng gave an introduction to the guests about the historical evolution, school-running achievements and characteristics of Hohai University and thinking and initiatives in internationalization of the university, while Professor Huang Dechun introduced historical evolution of Business School of Hohai University, school-running scale, discipline advantage, internationalization process and development in international cooperation of Business School. Dr. Kenneth Lord, introduced basic situation and development vision of David Nazarian College of Business and Economics, California State University, Northridge. Both parties reached a preliminary intention on such cooperative projects as student exchange, teachers visit in universities and CFP and so on and also discussed cooperation possibility in another fields for the future.

Founded in 1958, California State University, Northridge (CSUN for short) was located in suburb of Los Angeles. It is subordinate to California State University hierarchy, and is one of the largest higher education institutions in the locality. David Nazarian College of Business and Economics has passed AACSB certification and been awarded by Princeton Review as one of “the top 296 Business Schools America” in 2009.
