Working Experience：Pro. Zhao once worked in institute of water conservancy economics, institute of technical economics, economics and business school（economics, economic and engineering management）. And he has been an engineering assistant, engineer, senior engineer, associate researcher, researcher, and doctor tutor. He also worked as a professional researcher and mainly engaged in teaching, researching and consulting work in coastal development and protection, scientific and technical system reform, circular economy project, water resource and sustainable development, resources and environment of eastern area and sustainable development of Jiangsu province.
